In a small group of 6-8 participants, this programmes is a blend of interactive workshops, personal coaching/mentoring, peer learning and a lot of self-reflection. The programme aims to build your confidence to lead with purpose and impact.
It will facilitate you to :
Explore who you are as a leader and the impact you are making.
Develop your ability to create trust based relationships that inspire teams, motivate people and drive performance and innovation.
Lead teams of individuals with diverse needs and ambitions.
Understand how to stay focused on objectives or purpose in an uncertain operating environment.
You'll gain practical skills, strategies, and support to navigate the complexities of contemporary leadership.

The Standard Programme consists of 8 * 3 hour Workshops. The workshops will be supported with 2 × Individual 1:1 Coaching Sessions with the Course Facilitator

1:1 Coaching Sessions to be arranged individually.

The Programme can be delivered in person, hybrid or fully online.
If a single company wishes to run the programme for one or more groups of internal staff, these will generally be done in person.
Open courses, where the participants are from various companies, will generally be fully online. Logistics permitting, the some of the coaching sesssions may be done in person.

Each participant will be given access to the content used during the workshops.
Recordings of Online Sessions are made available to fully paid up participants.

The programme will primarily be deliver by Marie-Louise Marshall. She has more than 30 years experience of Senior Leadership and Team Leading. She is an ICF accredited Coach and NLP Practicioner.
She has the support of a Programme Management Team.
