Network Ireland Speaker Event

I was privileged to be invited to address the Network Ireland Wicklow Branch in the lovely Board Room of the Local Enterprise Office, Wicklow Branch at Clermont House. I presented on the theme of Living in the Cognitive Age, highlighting the need to be more human than ever. It went really well, because it turned into a lively debate, I believe that everyone in the room spoke up.

I challenged the group to be the Future Shapers, by

• being aware of what is unfolding

• having conversations about the impacts of what we are seeing emerge

• being intentional about their (and their community’s) tech life

• being challenging when there are concerns

• understanding that tech should support not dominate our lives

• creating communities with purpose

• knowing what we as humans need to bring to the table as we navigate this wave of transformation
